It's so great to receive products that surpass your expectations, but often very troublesome when either your expectations have not been met or you simply feel the item is not what you thought you were buying. Normally expensive return charges are applied that you didn’t see in the terms and conditions and you’re left feeling somewhat cheated and upset by the whole ordeal.

That's why we've come up with our "risk-free shopping for the price of a swatch"

We are so confident with our Dining Chair collection that we have introduced a completely risk-free, as transparent as possible, shopping experience. We will collect the chair for absolutely free and refund you in full for your single chair purchase. We are so confident that we feel if you like the colour and feel of the material you will more than love the chair. If you don't, simply get in touch and we’ll arrange a collection for you.

How it Works

Step 01

Order a Swatch

Simply go to our swatch ordering page and select your desired swatch or the swatches you would like to purchase. Follow the steps to the checkout and once your order is placed we'll get your swatch out to you with the Royal Mail. In most cases, it will be with you the next working day If you have purchased a swatch from us and then proceed to purchase four or more chairs from our range, we will deduct the cost of the swatches from your final bill.

Step 02

Order a Single Chair

After receiving your swatch, please revisit us to order a single chair of your choice. Once you've checked out and assuming the chair is on "Express delivery" and you order before 12:00 noon, your chair will be with you on the next working day. Once you've received the chair of your choice, if it's not to your liking. We will arrange to have the chair collected and returned to us for absolutely free. That's right, we will collect the single chair for absolutely free and you will be refunded in full, minus the cost of the swatch. This means risk-free shopping, "try before you buy" for literally the price of a swatch. We challenge you to find a competitor who can offer a fairer deal !

Step 03

Order the Remaining Chairs

Assuming you are completely satisfied with your single chair you have received please revisit us again and order your remaining chairs. When making your original swatch purchase you would have received an email with a discount code included. Be sure to use it at check out on this final purchase. as advised in step one this will discount the cost of your swatch from your final purchase.
