Frequently Asked Questions


When will my items arrive?

After we have received payment in full, we will send you a notification listing an approximate delivery time of your purchase. This will be inline with the date shown at the time of purchase on the website. When your purchase is ready for dispatch our logistics department will contact you to confirm the date and time of delivery.  In most cases your furniture will be delivered by a two man team, but always to a room of your choice.


What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

We honour the 14 day no quibble return policy. In the unfortunate case that something has gone wrong and its clearly our fault, we will be happy arrange for a replacement item or a refund in full. In the event that you have sadly changed your mind after purchase we do charge for returning the item. These changes are listed in the terms and conditions and will be deducted from your final refund.


What if I can find the same item cheaper somewhere else?

We are aware that some of our items can be purchased from other retailers, but most of our products are exclusively designed by us. We don’t honour a price promise, but if you do see similar products from other suppliers, give us a ring and we’ll see what we can do.


Will I have to assemble the furniture myself?

A small amount of products we sell do need to be assembled, this includes beds, and dining tables. Our dining chairs and all cabinets come fully assembled for your ease.  


What kind of guarantees do you offer?

All our items come with a twelve month warranty from the date of delivery.  This includes upholstered items and structural integrity of all our cabinets. If you do have any issues with items that you’ve recieved for over a year, still give us a ring as we treat each and every case individually and we see customer satisfaction as key.


Do you take the packaging materials away?

At current no, but watch this space. We are constantly improving the services we offer and do aim to offer this service in time.


Do you offer Finance so I can spread the cost of my purchase?

Again, this is something that we are looking to be offering very shortly.


How secure are my credit/debit card details?

All credit card numbers are encrypted using 256-bit encryption when placing an order. We use an award winning encrypted gateway service and information is never shared with third parties. There have been no cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system online
