Once dispatched you will receive correspondence from our delivery partner notifying that they have collected your chairs from Benhomes 

On the morning of delivery, our delivery partner will inform you of an hour time slot of which they intend to deliver your chairs. If for any reason this is unsuitable you have the option of arranging an alternative delivery day that's more suiting
