Marketing Assistant

Full Time Position
Based in Trowbridge

Benhomes is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Marketing Assistant to support the team with acquisition/retention marketing, digital, social media and website management. This is a great opportunity for a hungry marketer to be exposed to a range of disciplines.  In this position you’ll have the opportunity to learn fast and develop your marketing career. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting with the production and implementation of marketing collateral, including: brand management, eDM campaigns, SEO, social media, digital and print collateral
  • Assisting with website maintenance, trouble-shooting, tagging and uploading new products
  • Reporting on daily performance and creating weekly management reports 
  • Manage regular competitor research using various tools to spot new opportunities
  • Uploading campaign creative and creation of banners, native and social ads 
  • Help to optimise posts across social media to drive organic reach 
  • Involvement in conversion rate optimisation of pages by running A/B testing 


Candidate profile

  • Excellent written and oral communication ability and presentation skills
  • Superior attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
  • Not afraid to roll your sleeves up get stuck in, thriving on change, challenges and problem-solving in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (preferred, but not essential)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marketing qualification is highly regarded
  • Previous experience within furniture sales or design will be advantageous
